Can I cancel any time?
Yes, from your account centre. You keep everything until the end of the period you paid for. If you subscribed on an iPhone or Android phone, cancel in the App Store or Google Play instead — that is where the subscription lives.
Is there a free trial?
The free plan is the trial, and it does not expire. BAU medical students get two months of One Pro free — sign in with your university email and it appears on this page.
Which payment methods work?
Cards on the web. On the phone apps, whatever your App Store or Google Play account uses.
What is the difference between Pro and Ultimate?
Pro unlocks the Smart and Thinking models, image generation, uploads and 500 fast messages a day. Ultimate adds every model including OX and Fable, 30 images a day, unlimited uploads and unmetered fast messages.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes — see the refund policy. Purchases made through Apple or Google are refunded by them, under their rules.
Are Meet, Hang, Maps, Translate and Send really free?
Yes, with no paid tier planned. Only the AI costs money, because the models genuinely cost money to run.
