Privacy

The short version

We keep what the service needs to work, send your AI prompts to the model providers that answer them, and do not sell, advertise on, or train models with your data.

What we store

• Account: username, email, password hash, avatar, plan, and which devices are signed in.
• AI: your chats, uploads and generated images, so you can come back to them. Temporary chats are not stored. You can delete any chat, or the whole account, yourself.
• Hang: your servers, channels, messages and friend list.
• Meet: nothing lasting. Who is in a call is kept only while the call runs and is deleted within a minute of it ending. Audio and video are never stored and mostly never reach the server at all.
• BAU: the study progress and leaderboard points the portal shows you.

Who else sees your data

To answer an AI request, your prompt and any file you attach are sent to the provider running that model — currently OpenAI, Google, and NaraRouter for the Claude-family and Agnes models. They process it to produce the answer, under their own terms. We do not send them your account details. Payments on the web are handled by a payment processor that sees your card; we never do. Purchases in the phone apps are handled by Apple or Google.

Cookies

A session cookie keeps you signed in across every s3eidat subdomain, and a remember-me cookie if you ask for one. That is all. There is no advertising, no tracking across other sites, and no analytics that identifies you.

Where it lives

On servers in Europe, with reasonable technical protections. We do not claim a security standard we have not been audited against. If there is ever a breach that affects you, you will hear from us directly.

Your rights

You can see, export and delete your data from the account centre. Deleting the account removes it; some backups may take up to 30 days to clear. If you want something we have not built a button for, email support@s3eidat.com.
